Bridgers Law – Minerva has been a complete game changer

Creating a culture of excellence and great customer service can be challenging. We spoke with Kent based Bridgers Law MD and Practice Manager, Duane Bridgers and Jodi Crush about how they are making technology work for them, the business and their clients.

What makes Bridgers Law stand out?

We have an ethos of ‘We’ll see you through’ –  and we knew that in order to help us with this and engender it into the way in which they deal with and communicate with our clients, we needed a solution that really spoke to these needs and was not just an ‘off the shelf product’.

Have there been any particular aspects of the solutions that have really changed things for you?

In particular, our entire firm has seen the Quote Management aspect of Minerva be a complete game changer, especially now that the quotes can be sent by text and with a link to accept;  starting the process with ease and get things moving with an ID check.

The ID and AML process have been well received. The fully integrated element of the solution is excellent. We have found it really good for us especially when engaging Military personnel who are overseas etc.  Clients both young and elderly are commenting on how easy it is to use and the support we have received from the Minerva team has been really good. Harry especially – he is very quick to respond, always.

What have these changes meant for you in practice?

For the management team, things really have shifted in a brilliant direction. We are a young firm and to have the insights we can have through the Management Information dashboard is truly excellent. We now understand our relationships with referrers of work. We have so much information, and this really assists with decisions for growth.

We have recently been able to promote our admin member of staff into training for a role which is much more beneficial to the business, but also much better for her too. So much of her time was taken in opening the matter files and this has been reduced by 75% with only a ¼ of her time now needed for admin.

Both the management reporting dashboard and the time that is saved through Minerva has really given me so much more transparency where I needed it, freeing up people to work on developing the business effectively and for the benefit to both staff and clients.

How has implementing Minerva impacted client experience?

We are problem solvers offering solutions and have worked hard to implement the latest technology to ensure our clients receive unrivalled service without sacrificing the personal touch. Working with the team at Minerva has shown that the solution helps us to do exactly this. It assists with our keeping our client’s fully updated at every stage of the onboarding process, automating many elements meaning things are slick and easy for all parties. We are thrilled.
