Minerva - “Game changer” at progressive firm Watson Ramsbottom

High Street firm Watson Ramsbottom with offices across Lancashire have deployed Minerva. 

Implemented across their property teams (with other practice areas to follow)  they have been astounded by the results. 

Offering online quoting, remote client ID verification and online client form filling, Minerva is making the firm’s processes much more efficient and taking up to 3 weeks off the onboarding process which saves time for lawyers and clients alike.

Over the past three months the firm has processed over 1500 transactions through Minerva’s easy to use portal and performed over 3000 ID checks.  Given recent news across the legal sector about digital processes in the industry, this implementation is timely for Watson Ramsbottom.
