Manual processes for ID and AML were draining the firm of its resources and taking fee earners away from valuable work. 

‘We were faced with a long drawn out process for both staff and clients, asking the clients to come in physically, then manually checking the ID was a real barrier to getting clients onboarded and the matter file opened.
